NYS DOH Perinatal Regulations
Available in the NY State Register

On September 14, 2005, the New York State Department of Health adopted the Perinatal Regionalization Regulations. Perinatal services must now be in compliance with these State regulations. Please refer to the new regulations as published in the New York State Register and begin to review your perinatal services in this new regulatory context.

Search for Section 721, 405.21, 407.14, 711.4(d), 711.4(e) (10). The search result corresponds to that particular section of the regs. Unfortunately, each section must be printed individually.
